I can't view my Daily Summary. What can be the reason?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to view your Daily Summary:

  • You aren’t using our Free Trial at the moment or you didn’t subscribe to our Essentials or Select Plan.
    The Daily Summary is subject to a membership to our Essentials (14 days) or Select (30 days) Hubble Membership Plan. If you subscribed, you automatically get the Daily Summary. There is no need to activate it. 
Are you on the Free Trial? Then you get your Daily Summary during the days your trial is activated. 
  • Your video is not available. This happens when: 
i. There were no motion events that day and thus there were no videos to create a compilation video. 
ii. There were motion events, however those videos contained very little activity in which case there is no material to create the compilation video either 
iii. Motion Video Recording isn’t activated and thus the app generates snapshots instead of videos and again there were no videos to create the complication video. 
iv. Motion Video Recording is set to the SD card. Some camera models allow you to set recording to the Cloud or to the SD card. The compilation video is made based on videos saved to the Cloud only. 
v. Your camera has been off or offline during the entire day 

In the first four cases you will however see the statistics capturing the data on temperature, sound, etc. (unless sound and temperature detection are turned off in the app.)
