RESET WHEN CAMERA IS ALREADY SET UP

If you already set up your camera mind that you may lose footage that's in your timeline when doing a hard reset. If there is any video or snapshot you want to save, we suggest you do that before resetting the camera.

Before going through the above given steps first delete the camera from the camera list:

  • iOS: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap ‘Remove Camera’
  • Android ™: Tap on the gear icon of the camera you want to remove and then tap on the bin icon at the top right corner.

Now start the hard reset following the earlier given steps.
