I am not able to download my videos from the Hubble web app. Why is that?

Any event that is saved to the SD card cannot be downloaded using the Hubble web app. Those videos can be downloaded from the SD card to your PC. You can also share them and (subsequently download them) using the Hubble for Motorola Monitors app. 

Any video saved to the Cloud on the other hand can be downloaded*: 

 Either: 
  • Scroll down to the video you want to download from the Notifications list and select it. 
  • Then tap the download icon in the top left corner of the video and select ‘Save image as’. 
  • The file is saved in your download folder. 
Or: 
  • Tap ‘See All Notifications’. 
  • Select the date of the video you wish to download. 
  • Hover over the event and a download icon is displayed in the right lower corner. 
  • Tap the download icon. 
  • The file is saved in your download folder. (If you don’t find it there: Check your browser downloads. For Chrome for example press ctrl+J to open the folder.)
*Within the storage period. You can download the last 7 days of motion-triggered videos during the Free Trial period. After that it depends on the storage period you've subscribed to.
