Live streaming interrupts when I try to view it from the Hubble web app. What can I do?

This is normal. The web app uses remote streaming from Wowza and is limited to RTMP only (whereas the mobile app can use a variety of streaming methods, amongst which for instance P2P streaming which offers a far more stable connection).

The drawback of RTMP stream is that it lasts only a few minutes and then the connection times out and you need to refresh. It means that active RTMP url is no longer valid and it needs to be 'updated' so to speak. That is inherent to the use of the web player and we cannot change it. However, to a certain extent we can change how we handle the time out: When the RTMP stream disconnects the first few times the web app automatically retries and re-establishes the connection. In those cases you won’t see the 'Reconnect' button, instead you see the loading icon during 3-5 seconds after which the stream reconnects. After that a next time-out again displays the 'Reconnect' button in which case it requires your input to refresh the stream. This is for security reasons.
