How can I change my password?

You can change your password following below steps:

IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD:

1. Tap on the "Forgot Password" link on the Android™ or iOS login screen or on the web app login screen.
2. You are asked to fill out the email address linked to your Hubble app account.
3. Submit your request.
4. You are sent an email with subject title ‘‘Forgot Password Hubble’ which contains a link. Tap that link to confirm the password change. Note: The link expires after 30 minutes.

Also keep in mind that:

  • if you requested the Forgot-Password link several times, you must use the link given in the latest password email you received. All earlier links are invalidated by later requests.
  • your password must consist of 8-30 characters of which at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one number.
  • your password cannot contain spaces.
  • your password must be different than your user name.


IF YOU REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD BUT WANT TO CHANGE IT:

Using the Hubble web app on your PC/laptop: 

  1. Log in into your account at https://app.hubbleconnected.com/
  2. Tap ‘CHANGE PASSWORD'.
  3. Fill out your current password as well as your new password twice.
  4. Tap ‘Change’ to confirm the change.

Using the Hubble for Motorola Monitors app: 

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings.
  3. Tap ‘Change password’.
  4. Fill out your current password as well as your new password twice.
  5. Tap ‘Save’ to confirm the change.
