My card has been declined. What should I do?

There can be several reasons why you have difficulties subscribing to the Hubble Membership Plans. 

One of the most known reasons is that possibly your bank does not allow for international transactions, which would be a requirement considering Hubble is Hong Kong based. 

Please make sure to contact your bank and check if your card is opened for international transactions.
